With occupied homes, we need to work with the existing furniture and accessories while at the same time also making the final product practical with a homeowner's lifestyle. But mainly, we have no control on whether the home stays in Staged condition after we leave. Because of this we cannot extend our 90 Day Guarantee to occupied homes across the board. We can guarantee that your home will appeal to more buyers, look better on-line and draw more attention. |
