Combo Packages
Adding on the Paint and Fixture Update
and/or the Punch List Items will each
include only what can be accomplished in
one day.  Including all material cost and
electrical fixture removal and reinstallation.
When both are added on,
a discount of $50 will apply.
Combining the Do-It-Yourself Report and
the 1/2 Day of Staging allows the
homeowner to get a detailed list ahead of
time, so they can accomplish many of the
smaller items on their own which allows
the designers to really maximize their time
and add a professional touch to the
homeowner's efforts.

Options for Occupied Homes
Do-it-Yourself Report:  This includes an inspection of the home, inside and out, along with a
thorough report with detailed instructions on getting your home in top showing condition.  
Furniture arrangement, lighting, color suggestions, etc.  All the professional instruction you will
need to have your home in the best possible showing condition. $150

1/2 Day of Staging:  Two designers, 4 hours of rearrangement and reinventing of your current
furniture and accessories along with decluttering to increase appeal and buyer interest. $385

Full Day of Staging:  Same as the 1/2 day, just extra time to work on more of the home. $625

2 Day Ultimate Staging Make-Over:  Base package if you would like to add on the paint and
fixture update combo and/or the punch list item package.  Just like you have seen on TV.  Total
home transformation.  If your home just isn't selling - this is what you need!  $995
